What this policy covers
This policy covers text, photographs, screenshots, graphics and page layouts published on onlyseeker.ai itself. If you own a work that appears on one of our pages and you did not license it to us, send a notice to [email protected] and we will look at it.
What we cannot remove
We do not host, store or serve content that lives on OnlyFans or on any other third-party platform. A takedown notice sent to us cannot remove an image, a video or a profile from onlyfans.com. Those requests go to the platform that holds the file, through the process that platform publishes.
We can remove our own editorial reference to third-party material, and we do that when a notice is valid. Tell us the URL on our site and we will act on our side.
What to put in a notice
Send the notice by email, in plain text, and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say was used without permission.
- The exact URL on onlyseeker.ai where the material appears. One line per URL.
- Your name and a working email address we can reply to.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
A notice missing the URL or the statements above cannot be processed, and we will write back asking for the missing part rather than guessing.
Where to send it
Copyright notices: [email protected], with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. Trademark complaints go to the same address with "Trademark Complaint" in the subject line, and should describe the mark, any registration details and the use you object to.
How fast we respond
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| First reply from us | Within 72 hours |
| Final decision | Within 5 business days |
| Removal on a valid notice | Within 5 business days |
If a notice raises a consent problem rather than a copyright problem, we treat it under the faster 48-hour process described at /ncii-report/.
An honest note about safe harbour
This is an independent editorial project. There is no registered company, and no agent is registered with the US Copyright Office, because registration requires an identifiable service provider. We therefore do not claim safe harbour under 17 U.S.C. 512. The process on this page is a practice we hold ourselves to, not a legal shield we are invoking.
If we removed something in error
If you submitted material to us and we removed it after a notice, write to [email protected] describing what was removed, where it was, and why you believe the removal was a mistake. Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you hold that belief, and contact details. We review the counter-statement and restore material where the objection holds up.
Repeat notices and false claims
Where a single source generates repeated valid notices, we stop using material from that source. In the other direction, a knowingly false claim of infringement carries liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f). We keep a record of every notice, the action taken and the date.
Questions people ask
Can you remove a photo from an OnlyFans profile?
No. We do not host that file and have no access to it. Send the request to the platform hosting the content. We can only remove the reference published on our own pages.
Do I need a lawyer to send a notice?
No. A clear email with the work, the URL, your contact details and the two required statements is enough. We reply to the address the notice comes from.
How long does removal take?
We answer within 72 hours and finish within five business days. Straightforward cases, such as an image we should not have used, are usually resolved on the first pass.
Is there a postal address for notices?
No. There is no registered business address for this project. Copyright notices are accepted by email at [email protected], which is read and answered within the times stated above.
What if my complaint is about consent, not copyright?
Use /ncii-report/ instead. Intimate imagery published without consent is handled on a 48-hour clock and does not require you to own the copyright.
