This is an independent editorial project. There is no registered company, no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number. There is no registered business address, and that is stated rather than left out, because an omission reads as concealment while a statement is a position.

What that means in practice
It means two things, and both are said here rather than discovered later.

The formalities do not exist. There is no entity to serve, no agent registered for copyright notices, no named data controller and no statutory representative anywhere. Rules that require an identified provider are not satisfied by a role address, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.
On the Digital Services Act
Whether the EU Digital Services Act reaches a site of this kind is genuinely unsettled. Its obligations attach to intermediary services that host, cache or transmit someone else's content. This site does none of those things: every page on it is written here, and third-party material stays on third-party platforms.
