The short version
No account is needed to read anything here. Nothing is sold. No advertising profile is built about you. The data that exists falls into three narrow categories, described below, and each is kept only as long as it has a purpose.
What is collected
Server logs. Requests to this site are logged with an IP address, a user agent string, the requested URL, the referring URL and a timestamp. Logs exist for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
Messages you send. If you write to legal@, dmca@, ncii@ or [email protected], we hold the message and the address it came from for as long as the matter is open and afterwards as a record of how it was handled.
Aggregate analytics. Traffic measurement runs without user identifiers and without cross-site identifiers, and it is set to report page-level totals rather than individual journeys. Non-essential storage is set only after consent, which is described in /cookies/.
What is never collected
There are no accounts, so there are no names, passwords or subscription histories here. No payments are processed on this domain. No private messages between creators and subscribers pass through it. No age-verification documents are taken, because the age gate is a self-declaration, as /age-verification/ explains.

How long it is kept
Server logs are kept for a short operational window, measured in weeks rather than years, and then discarded. Complaint correspondence and the case record attached to it are kept while the matter is open and afterwards for as long as we may need to show how a decision was made. Aggregate analytics hold no personal data once identifiers are stripped.
Who else sees it
The hosting and delivery providers that serve this site process request data because they have to in order to deliver pages. They act on instructions and for no purpose of their own. Beyond that, data is disclosed only where a valid legal demand requires it, and the process for such demands is published at /law-enforcement/.
Transfers
Requests to a website cross borders by nature, and the providers that deliver this site operate in more than one country, including the United States. Where personal data moves out of the European Economic Area, the contractual safeguards offered by those providers apply.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction and withdrawal of consent are all available where the law grants them to you. The route is /dsar/, which describes what to send and the deadlines we work to. Be aware that with no accounts, there is often very little to find: a request usually resolves to a mailbox thread and a log window.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that data about a minor reached us, it is deleted.
Who is responsible
This is an independent editorial project. There is no registered company and no registered business address. Responsible for editorial content: Editorial Lead, onlyseeker.ai. Privacy questions go to [email protected], with a first reply within 72 hours and a final answer within 5 business days.
We state that openly rather than filling the space with a name that does not exist. Data-protection law expects a named controller, and this project does not publish one. That is a deliberate position, disclosed here so you can decide what to send us, and it is the reason this site is built to need almost nothing from you.

Do you sell or share my data for advertising?
No. Nothing is sold, and no data is shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising profile of any reader on this site.
Do I need an account to read reviews?
There are no accounts. Nothing here requires registration, and the site is built that way on purpose, so that there is almost nothing to collect.
What data do you have about me right now?
Most likely a log line from your last visit and nothing else. If you have written to one of our mailboxes, the thread itself. Ask through /dsar/ and we will check.
How do I withdraw cookie consent?
Reopen the cookie controls from the footer and reject non-essential storage. Essential storage, such as the session flag from the age gate, stays because the site cannot work without it.
Who is the data controller?
No controller is named. This project has no registered company, which is disclosed here rather than concealed. Requests are handled by the Editorial Lead role at [email protected].
