Terms of Use

This page sets out what this site is, what it is not, and what you can expect from it. It is a disclaimer rather than an agreement, because nothing here creates an account or a relationship between two named parties.

Why this is a disclaimer and not a contract

A contract needs two identified parties. This is an independent editorial project. There is no registered company, no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number, and no individual is named as the operator. Nobody signs up, logs in or pays anything here, so there is nothing for a contract to govern.

What follows is therefore a statement of terms on which the material is published, not a set of obligations imposed on you. No governing law is nominated and no forum is chosen, because doing so would imply a party that could sue or be sued under it. Your statutory rights as a consumer, wherever you live, are unaffected by anything on this page.

What this site publishes

Editorial reviews, rankings and comparisons of creators who publish on OnlyFans, plus explanatory articles about the subject. Links go out to third-party profiles. Nothing adult is hosted, generated or distributed from this domain, and no relationship with any platform or creator is implied by coverage of them.

Who it is for

Adults only. Entry past the age gate is a statement that you are at least 18, or older where local law requires it. The limits of that gate are described at /age-verification/.

Opinion, not advice or guarantee

Every assessment here is editorial opinion formed from what a profile shows publicly. It is not advice, and it is not a promise about what any subscription will contain, what it will cost when you get there, or how anyone will behave. What you buy, from whom and on what terms is between you and the platform you buy it on.

Prices and posting habits change without notice. Where a figure is unverified, the pages here say so rather than printing a number that looks authoritative. That practice is explained at /editorial-policy/.

Money

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and a subscription started through one may pay a commission. Placement is not for sale, and commission does not move a ranking. The disclosure sits on the pages that carry such links, not only here.

Using the material

Reading, quoting and linking are all fine. Quote with attribution and a link, and do not present an edited version as our text. Republishing pages wholesale, scraping the catalogue in bulk, or ingesting the site into a training corpus is not permitted, and the position on that is set out at /ai-content-policy/.

Creator names, handles and imagery belong to the people and platforms they come from and appear here for editorial identification.

Third-party destinations

Links lead to sites nobody here controls. Their terms, their pricing and their handling of your data are theirs. Follow them with that in mind.

No warranty

The material is published as it is. It can contain errors, and any page can go out of date between updates. Nothing here warrants that the site will be available, complete or correct at any given moment. Where the law allows a limitation of liability, it applies to the fullest extent permitted.

Corrections and complaints

Errors get fixed. Send a correction through /report/, a copyright notice through /dmca/, a consent complaint through /ncii-report/ and a data request through /dsar/. First reply within 72 hours, final answer within 5 business days, and 48 hours for consent cases.

Changes

These terms change when the site changes. The published date on the page marks the current version, and material changes are flagged at the top of the page.

Questions people ask

Do I agree to anything by reading this site?

No. There are no accounts and no sign-up, so there is nothing to agree to. This page describes how the material is published, not obligations you take on.

Which law governs this page?

None is nominated. Naming a governing law would imply a contracting party, and this project does not publish one. Your local consumer rights are untouched.

Can I quote a review?

Yes, with attribution and a link. Wholesale republication, bulk scraping and use as training data are not permitted, as /ai-content-policy/ explains.

Are the ratings a guarantee?

No. They are editorial opinion about how a public profile presents itself. What a subscription actually contains is decided by the creator and the platform.

Who is responsible for this site?

Responsible for editorial content: Editorial Lead, onlyseeker.ai. There is no registered company and no business address. Contact [email protected].
